Michelin-starred chef, Tom Kerridge is back with a bang this summer, as his Pub in the Park festival returns to 8 locations up and down the country.
Celebrating local talent, as well as presenting some of the biggest names in food and music, the festival plays host to an array of pop up pubs including The Hand & Flowers serving their take on an absolute pub classic the great British pie, The Coach will also be bringing a classic with Fish & Chips with a twist, The Hind’s Head is bringing its infamous Scotch Egg, Berners Tavern will be bringing everyone’s favourite comfort dish Mac & Cheese but with added braised beef & Rick Stein will be bringing all the seafood with dishes such as Lemon Sole with Salsa Verde Mayo and to name just a few.

Hay Festival brings readers and writers together to share stories and ideas, take part in workshops & enjoy talks from literary icons, such as Ian McEwan, Jeanette Winterson, Stephen Fry, Judith Kerr, Matt Haig and Jacqueline Wilson. This year’s programme features over 600 writers and thinkers over 11 days, spanning award-winning fiction, non-fiction and poetry to science, tec, UK politics & global affairs; plus, a vibrant line-up of late-night music, comedy and performance.
The festivals offer a unique marriage of literary learning and entertainment for all ages. The perfect family day out and not one to miss!
